Experience: Becky has been dedicated to fitness almost her entire life. She started running for weight loss at the age of 14 and continued running daily until 2015. Long distance running was always something that she felt had to be in her daily regimen in order to maintain her weight and feel healthy. However, a healthy habit doesn’t always mean a healthy body. Plagued by knee issues, weight gain, a weak back and major surgery on her foot, Becky needed to find a mode of strength/weight training that allowed her to keep pursuing her passion. She started lifting weights and alternating her runs with high-intensity interval training and low/med-weight, lots-of-reps strength work in the gym which helped her gain a new perspective on how to approach training. This taught Becky the importance of balance. She incorporates this training ideology into her clients’ programs as well, in an effort to build endurance and long, lean muscles.
Becky would be a great fit for ANY client due to the fact that she’s trained with professional body builders, powerlifters and numerous exercise enthusiasts. She hates to see people spend countless hours in the gym getting little to no results whether it’s due to form, workout style, or lack of motivation. Her goal as your trainer is to help you feel the BEST you’ve ever felt about yourself. She promises to never ask you to do something that she wouldn’t/couldn’t do herself. She wants her clients to come ready to work hard (really hard), sweat and laugh a lot.
