If your Insurance company offers you a reimbursement for working out at a health club a certain amount of times we can get that set up for you here at Three Rivers Fitness. Allow us to make a copy of your insurance card and provide us with a voided check so we can get your account set up. After that, you don’t have to do a thing! We submit your monthly visits to the insurance companies and they reimburse you directly!
