Hobbies/Interests: “My interests and hobbies include just about any activity that works my body and mind. I have a passion for lifting, emphasizing periodization based on current goals, as well as running, whether it be a marathon or an easy mile with my Golden Retriever, Mowgli. Time spent with loved ones is always high on my priority list, whatever the activity may be. When given the opportunity, hikes in new places are my favorite cardiovascular activity. I strive to continue to learn more about the health and fitness field each day, reading whatever materials I can get my hands on in my down time. I will never turn down a chance to start something new, always looking for ways to grow as an individual and personal trainer.”
